Refund policy
I. Return Rules
Application period: Return the goods within 7 days after receipt.
2. Product requirements: Keep unused, uninstalled, with intact packaging, free from damage or stains; Customized products can only be returned due to manufacturing defects.
3. Voucher provision: The original order number, purchase voucher or invoice must be attached.
Ii. Return Process
1. Contact customer service (email onedoor@usa.com or phone +1 (949) 200-1234) to explain the reason and order details.
2. Review within 3 to 5 working days and obtain the return authorization number (RMA).
3. Pack it in the original packaging and send it back. Use traceable logistics (such as UPS, FedEx). The return shipping cost for non-quality issues shall be borne by the customer.
Iii. Shipment and Charges
1. Shipment: Goods will be dispatched within 48 hours after order confirmation. If out of stock, please notify in advance and provide an estimated time or alternative solution.
2. Shipping Fee: For returns due to customer reasons, the customer needs to bear the shipping fee and 15%-25% of the re-warehousing fee. OneDoor will cover the shipping cost for quality issues and support full refunds or free replacements.
3. Processing cycle: Inspection will be completed within 5 to 7 working days after receiving the goods. Refund/replacement will be processed within 3 to 5 working days after the inspection. The original payment method will be used for the refund, and it will take 5 to 10 working days for the funds to arrive.
Iv. Special Notes
1. Quality issue: Report within 7 days of receiving the goods, with photos and descriptions attached. Keep the original packaging. OneDoor is responsible for coordinating logistics or replacement.
2. Bulk returns (≥20 items) : Apply by email in advance, submit within 7 days, inspect within 7-10 working days after receiving the goods, and process within 5-7 working days. The cost will be calculated based on the actual situation.
3. Agreement Update: OneDoor reserves the right to adjust the agreement. The latest version will be published on the official website.
